Data Processing Agreement (Template)

This template governs any Concierge Setup engagement where ZamCap performs non-sensitive privacy steps on your behalf. A signed agreement is required before any such session begins.

Strict data minimization

ZamCap will only handle the minimum information needed to perform agreed, non-sensitive tasks (for example, submitting data-broker opt-outs). ZamCap will never handle your Social Security number, bank credentials, passwords, or government logins.

Steps you always perform yourself

Credit freezes, IRS IP PIN, SSA account actions, and ChexSystems steps are always performed by you. ZamCap facilitates and guides but does not execute these.

Retention and deletion

ZamCap retains data only as long as necessary to deliver the service, then deletes it. You may request deletion at any time.

Security

Data is protected with access controls and encryption. API credentials for any partner service are stored server-side only and never exposed to the browser.
